Despite their deep expertise, their growth ambitions were increasingly constrained by aging infrastructure, which OOQIA identified in a comprehensive website audit to identify key needs, and which revealed issues such as site instability, frequent downtimes, and slow page speeds. Initial efforts focused on performance improvements and implementing CI/CD pipelines. However, the 10+ year-old technology became a limiting factor, prompting a full-scale rebuild.

The solution
The new website was developed on WordPress using a modern block theme, incorporating custom blocks and reusable patterns to elevate the content creation experience. Search engine optimization (SEO) was a core focus throughout the build, with structured data schemas integrated to preserve strong search rankings and ensure compatibility with existing tools and configurations.
To optimize the development workflow, we implemented a CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps, enabling seamless and efficient deployment of updates. Additionally, a dedicated staging environment was established to facilitate thorough testing and smooth rollouts, ensuring a reliable and scalable release process.
